My Forever Home – Drop Ship Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from My Forever Home. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return in accordance with the following policy:
1. Eligibility for Returns
You must submit your return request within three (3) calendar days of the delivery date.
Products must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition, and returned in their original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and parts.
Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice) is required for all returns.
Certain items, such as custom-made, special-order, or clearance products, are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Return Request Process
To request a return:
Contact our Customer Service team at 407-907-3333 or email support@myforeverhome.net within 3 days of delivery.
Provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos (if applicable).
We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions if your request is approved.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Items returned without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted.
4. Inspection & Refunds
All returned items are subject to inspection.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or damaged products.
A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for non-defective returns.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery) with photos showing the damage or defect.
We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.
